			<description><![CDATA[<p>It's a feature. Previously it didn't save a new backup version if there were no changes. And people got confused. They thought it wasn't backing up.

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hello,<br />
since an upgrade from Arq somewhere around the beginning of this year - I see now an entry in my backup history every time Arq has started - even there are no new files to backup in those folders. This was not the case last year. Is this a feature or a bug - or did I miss something?</p>
